What are the main things you have learnt about your business and/or customers through the Covid pandemic?
We learnt that it’s impossible to predict the property market. Most economists and agents expected prices to drop when Covid hit our shores, but the opposite happened. During the pandemic the interest rates were extremely low, we found that a lot of our clients were looking to refinance to take advantage of those lower rates and this is still happening. We are happy to offer an obligation free comparison of your existing home loan to other lenders.
Did you need to pivot the way you did business in any way?
Yes we went from doing all of our appointments face to face. We now do all of them via zoom.
What do you love about being part of the business community in Port Stephens and why did you choose to be a member of BPS?
I love how all the local businesss get together and refer business, get to know each other etc. I love supporting local businesses and it’s a great group to be a part of.
In your downtime, what do you enjoy doing to help your wellbeing?
In my downtime I love to walk along Birubi beach, shopping, or hang out with family and friends.
