1. Tell us about The Original Tea Gardens Ferry?

The Original Tea Gardens Ferry runs a daily round-trip service between Nelson Bay and Tea Gardens. It’s an essential experience for anyone visiting or living in the Port Stephens and Myall Coast Blue Water Wonderland. Our friendly and knowledgeable crew will offer informative commentary as you enjoy stunning panoramic views of Port Stephens and The Myall River. Relax and take in the sights as we cruise through Port Stephens Marine Park. Keep a lookout for local wildlife—dingoes, turtles, seabirds, and resident dolphins often put on a show for our passengers. Under the current ownership we have been operating for the past 2 years however our grand old ladies have been gracing our waterways for the past 3 decades. We are extending our services to include Bay Morning and Sunset Cruises along with Myall River Cruises.

The past few months have been a lot of wow moments … Firstly to be nominated then a finalist for our category Tourism and Accommodation.  We were in the company of some very outstanding local business. Winning … Would not have been possible without the  dedication of our  awesome crew and the support of our community and visitors. Overall Business of the Year was not even on my radar and came as a complete shock. Honoured … Humbled … Overwhelmed are a few words that come to mind.
