Thank you to all who attended our ‘Over 55’s Employment Opportunity Session and Morning Tea’ on Monday.

Over 20 people came along seeking support in finding opportunities for local part-time or casual work.

16 businesses had expressed a desire to hire mature workers to fill current gaps, and we are glad to have been able to help enable this.

All who attended have had their details shared with businesses and we are keen to hear the outcome of this pilot initiative.
