Tell us about The Poyers?

“The Poyer’s restaurant is going to celebrate 10 years in September, Located on the quiet water of Lemon Tree Passage Marina and recently awarded best seafood restaurant in NSW. We rely heavily on sourcing local produce and proud to work with our local fishermen. We take pride in serving our locals and visitors.”

“Being a member of business port Stephens help us stay in touch with all trends and it is always good to have a network of local business to brainstorm and get support.”

3. What are your 3 highest recommended dishes on the menu?

“We love surprising our customers with local seasonal seafood dishes such as sea urchin, abalone, Eastern Rock lobster, turban shell or even hermit crab, not the common food items you find on menu’s. Our main menu is small but we offer of daily specials which differ depending on the availability of the daily catch.”

“I will have to start with all the hardworking fishermen who help me on a daily basis who go beyond what is required to provide me with their beautiful fresh produce, and that goes to all my other suppliers in port Stephens who find the best produce from abroad.”
